Marathi organizations in the San Francisco Bay area are coming together to represent the Maharashtra state during the FOG Independence Day parade. This parade is happening in Fremont California on August 21st, 22. This year’s theme is “Industrial Maharashtra”. Through this theme, we will showcase industries that are steppingstone for the industrial development in Maharashtra.
The Industrial Maharashtra theme-based float or चित्ररथ will have eye-catching artifacts! This will grandiose the theme for viewers. Maharashtra Mandal Bay Area (MMBA), a local non-profit organization with East Bay Marathi Mandal (EBMM) and other sister organizations such as CALAA, Natya Sargam, Swar Sudha will participate in the FOG float and parade. We plan to provide visibility to the 13,000 Marathi families besides 50,000+ Indian Diaspora in the Bay area and the Northern California region.
