Performances
Propose a stage performance — classical music, dance, or a cultural act.
Volunteer
Join the event execution team — decoration, pooja, stage, food, and more.
Khirapat
Offer prasad — fruits and dry fruits — as naivedya for Bappa.
Lunch & Prasad
Bring a vegetarian dish or prasad for the community lunch.
Cooking Contest
Paak-Kala Spardha — showcase your best home-made dish.
Rangoli Contest
Create a beautiful rangoli to welcome Bappa — traditional or modern.
Stalls & Booths
Local artisans and businesses — book a vendor booth for the day.

Welcoming Bappa and installing the idol.

Morning Aarti & Pooja
Opening aarti and blessings.

Atharvashirsha Reading
Collective recitation of the Ganapati Atharvashirsha.
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Rangoli Competition
Participants create their rangoli at the venue.

Lunch — Mahaprasad
Prasad and community lunch shared together.
1:00 – 4:00 PM
Cultural Programs
Music, dance, and performances by the community.

Paak-Kala Spardha — Cooking Contest
Home-made dish contest and judging.

Evening Aarti
Sandhya aarti.

Miravnuk & Dhol-Tasha
Festive procession with the dhol-tasha pathak.

Closing Procession & Farewell to Bappa
