Since 1980, MMBA has continued to strengthen Maharashtrian cultural identity and community connection across the Bay Area through shared experiences, traditions, learning, and participation
Our Purpose

Maharashtra Mandal Bay Area (MMBA) was established as a non-profit organization to help people connected to Maharashtrian culture stay rooted in their traditions while building a sense of home and belonging in Northern California. Over the years, MMBA has evolved into a vibrant community organization that brings together families, children, seniors, artists, professionals, and volunteers across generations.
